3. Product Use & Safety

sunboli umbrellas are designed for sun protection and light weather use.

They are not intended for use in strong winds or storm conditions. Using an umbrella in high winds may result in damage or injury.

Always use with care around others and do not leave umbrellas unattended when open.

To the extent permitted by law, IT’S HOT AF PTY LTD is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use of our products.

4. Warranty

sunboli umbrellas come with a 6-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• damage caused by wind, storms, or extreme weather

• misuse, neglect, or accidents

• normal wear and tear

• cosmetic changes such as fading over time

5. Returns & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened (umbrella not put up) and in original condition.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or defective items

Faulty items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
